The person behind Live Well

Hi, I'm Sandy.

"I'm not here to sell you anything. I'm here to walk beside you while you find what makes you feel like yourself again."
Sandy, your natural wellness guide

My story

My journey into natural wellness started with a simple, ordinary moment. I was out shopping for homeschool books one day when someone offered to share a few essential oils with me. I was curious, I tried them, and that little moment opened up a whole new world I’ve loved ever since.

The more I learned, the more it felt like coming home. I’m of Cherokee heritage, and I’ve always felt a deep connection to my ancestors, who lived close to the land and treasured the plants around them. Exploring plant-based wellness feels like picking up a thread that’s been part of my family for generations.

These days, natural products are simply part of how my family lives. My husband and I have raised ten children and now have twenty-two grandchildren, so our home is full, lively, and never quiet for long. I’m a musician at heart — I love to sing, and I direct choirs, orchestras, and bands. When I’m not at home, you’ll often find me traveling across the country, and up into Canada, to spend time with people I care about.

What I love most about this work is the people. I’m not here to sell you on anything. I’m here to be a friend and a guide as you explore, to share what I personally enjoy, and to answer your questions along the way. I hold online classes twice a month and a live workshop in my home each month, which I usually record and share so no one misses out. If you’ve ever been curious about natural wellness, there’s room for you here, and you’re welcome to learn right alongside me.
